Living with persistent tension
In person at the practice or by video, tell me your preference when you book.

Persistent tension writes itself into posture, breath and patience. Alongside the care your doctor or physiotherapist provides, these sessions teach your body to spend more time in release than on guard.
Who it is for
- Recurring back, neck or jaw tension that flares with stress
- Tension headaches that arrive at the same point of every hard week
- You clench (fists, teeth, shoulders) without noticing until it aches
- You want an active role in your own comfort, not just treatments received
How a session goes
Slow, guided work: progressive muscle release, breath directed to where you brace, and simple movement to reclaim comfortable range. We go at your body’s pace and keep a short daily practice for home. Held at the practice: this consultation relies on in-person guidance.
Not covered by national health insurance, but many private health plans reimburse part of each session. You get a dated receipt every time.

Tell me briefly what brings you, two sentences are enough. I reply within one working day, and asking commits you to nothing.
