Children and teenagers
In person at the practice or by video, tell me your preference when you book.

Children do not sit through adult sessions, and they should not have to. With them the work is shorter, more playful and very concrete: games that teach breath, stories that teach calm, movement that burns the jitters off.
Who it is for
- Children from age 6 with sleep trouble, school worry or big anger
- Teenagers facing exam pressure, performance stress or a rough patch
- Young athletes or musicians preparing competitions and auditions
- Families who want tools that work at home, not just in the session room
How a session goes
Forty-five minutes at the practice, adapted to the age. The first session includes time with the parent; afterwards, each session ends with five shared minutes so you know what we practised and can replay it at home. Nothing is reported beyond that without your child’s agreement, trust is the tool the whole work stands on.
Not covered by national health insurance, but many private health plans reimburse part of each session. You get a dated receipt every time.
Book a first session
Tell me briefly what brings you, two sentences are enough. I reply within one working day, and asking commits you to nothing.
Confidential, nothing you share goes further than this exchange
